Hey there, so I’m having an issue that recently happens yesterday on my wife and it just happens to me today a day later. She backed out of a parking spot and then put it in drive and when she put it in drive the cars dash lit up with a bunch of lights including auto hold and epb and the car wasn’t able to move and it was locked in drive and didn’t allow her to shift gears unless we press the little button next to the shifter level to shift the gears manually. When it happens the car is in the driving gear and when you give gas the car does move a bit but moves hardly so it seems that the brakes are on. Also, when I do shift it manually it shifts really hard with loud knock. Any ideas what’s causing this? Thanks !

Electronic Parking Brake, Auto Hold and ISG are all tied together. Largely it sounds like the "handbrake" is on.
It could be as simple as operation but more likely there is fault as explained in the manual.
I reprint the manual here. Possibly needs the codes read either yourself or at the dealer to determine what is at fault.

Warning Light
This warning light illuminates:
僅 Once you set the ENGINE START/
STOP button to the ON position.
- It illuminates for approximately 3
seconds and then goes off.
僅 When there is a malfunction with the
EPB.
In this case, have the vehicle
inspected by a professional workshop.
