Yes. Try twisting it both ways. If it's knocking it might just mean that it has reached its maximum extension (normally it takes eight seconds to fully close or open when twisted either way, and the motor continues to run even when it can't go any further).

How? There's no bolster adjustment on passenger seat.

it adjusts the centre of the seat,it only has the round knob switch.
the driver side has the round knob with a tag thing that is meant for bolster
none working

Centre of the seat is lumbar adjustment, bolster is the "wings" that compress both sides of your body. If you believe it's faulty then select a dealer and get it looked at.

update on my car.
Kia got the driver's seat fixed under warranty.
pictures were taken from the dealer of the bonnet (hood)paint pealing, pictures were sent to Kia head office .
awaiting further notice.
customer service was very nice from the Kia dealer in the Blacktown area.
any chance I can change my name from 1_red_stinger to 1_yellow_stinger

Sal Colascione III, and I don't know if that is diminutive for "Salvatore" or not: never heard. My understanding is that he changes your handle (but only once? I read that somewhere, I think).

i went on that, Kia recall and put my vin etc.
it says: There are currently no outstanding Recall Notice/s for this vehicle.
it must have been rectified?
love car. it was built in 2017 sold in 2018
here is a picture of the paint damage.
drove it to work today and wow I've never been in a fast car like this it's amazing.
I had the commodore ute 5.7L v8 it was never this fast.
found another problem the back of the seat suppose to grab you on the side
as you give it in sport mode well at least I know 2019 has that feature
im not sure of 2018

I gave up I couldn't find the mirror in the book ROFL
check the pics about as wide as remote, gees
just wondering which lights does it dime?
cause I press the button only the green light comes on nothing else happens.

How to reduce weight in Stinger....remove OM! I keep mine at home.
It's function is to reduce headlight glare in the rear mirror. I have tinted windows and there really isn't any noticeable difference.
It gets a brief mention on page 6.54

Yes it does look that way, but its actually a wooden table.
