Phillips Diamond Vision bulbs are very close, I would check them out, they are more common in Europe but I found them on AmazonI'm trying to replace the stock HB3 halogens with a whiter light to match the LED DRL rings. Any recommendations without making the HID or LED conversion? Thanks.
Thank you for your input. Would these headlights be a plug and play once the tab is corrected? No need for a ballast? You're probably going to have trouble finding something that puts out decent light while having a color temperature as cool as the LEDs.
You could move to HIRs (9011 replaces 9005/HB3), which will be certainly be brighter and probably a little whiter. You just have to trim a notch on the base of the bulb and it will fit right in. I did the HIR conversion in my Regal and Vette and it's certainly an improvement over the old 9005/9006s.

Would the 55w cause the use of a ballast to not have any flicker or cause the system to say my bulb is out?Phillips Diamond Vision bulbs are very close, I would check them out, they are more common in Europe but I found them on Amazon
