#1

But, WHY is the Stinger Number One?

Because they paid the most for product placement in the article.

....dumbest thing I've ever seen.
Well, yes, a little bit. How do these things get created?

"best" is highly subjective... the stinger is the least expensive on the list, and 2 of them aren't cars...
But if anyone wants to do a straight swap for a Ford GT, or a GTR I'm in, I'll even wash it and fill the tank for you lol

The placing is weird, for sure. But I think my biggest "whaaa" moment was that the Ford GT is still on sale...? I thought it was a limited production car that ended years ago.

Well, TIL apparently they sold 120+ GTs in 2020 and 2021. (Ford GT Sales Figures)

That's by far my favourite Canadian built car, right here in Ontario too!

The Stinger is #1 for several very good reasons: price point has been mentioned already; surprise factor was mentioned in the article; Kia's highest marks for non-luxury car reliability; sheer balance of value, practicality, reliability, design, performance: I'm sure if all these were weighted the Stinger would win handily: but none of that is even approached by this subjective assessment in the article.

PSA

They misquoted the power output though, it's 365/368HP (2021/2022). They have 376HP, which is the torque number.
