I can't really help you with specific german parts, but Khar tunerz and K8 store (link on Top of every forum page ) do have brake kits.
there is also tuscani customs but idk what they have in stock and most of the time they are quite expensive.

do you have the 3.3l or the 2.0l or even the 2.2l? I can understand why you would buy new brakes, because in my oppineon the 2.0l has less brake power than my 2016 civic with 100hp, which is pure danger on the german Autobahn.
