From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Just did an oil change and swapped the front sways to the softer setting. Man, it rides a little smoother and front end seems more planted, not skatey.

Amazing how different the car feels with lighter wheels...

I gotta take them back to the shop but and get them balanced !

If it's not one thing it's something else *sigh*

Intercooler is about to get the Al Jolsen treatment 😀

What size tires did you put on those spare/skinny rims? I’ve got 2 myself and wanna do the same.

They really don't corner well I would advise against it 😞 especially for the cost.

The only reason I bought the radial over the cross ply was for handling .. the 4" cross-ply that you use with slicks on the rear is a couple of kilos lighter as well...

PowerTex Group 49 H8.

I hope yours doesn't give you issues .
So looping back, the LiFePo4 battery was definitely the issue. This past weekend my wife, dad, bonus mom, and I visited my bro: 3.5 hour road trip each way. Plenty of time for something to go wrong, but no issues at all; only change from the previous trip was the AGM battery (this past weekend) vs the LiFePo4 battery that gave intermittent issues.

Mine might have just been a bad one, or an ID-ten-T error on my part, but now she runs as I'd expect a 27k mile Stinger to run.

Next up: preparation for the rainy season.

Ok so my Temu parts finally turned up, problem I have is these are parts required to service ya brakes... all I am seeing is a pair of cock rings/ a penis pump and nipple clamps !???

I told my Stinger thank you. Thanked her for looking her best!
I do QA for a flooring company here in central Texas, Austin area mostly. And usually day to day is interacting with builders. Occasionally dealing with homeowners. Today I had a homeowner inspection. The homeowner walked me out and noticed my car. “That’s a beautiful car! What is that a BMW?” To which I proudly responded, “No sir, that’s a KIA Stinger!” My head is floating! Lmao!

I had an old guy and his wife, like really old... Comment one day at the servo on how awesome my car looked and asked what it was?
I have never had a young guy (or girl) acknowledge the effort put in to it...

Oh and a BIG shout out to all the trolls on other forums who come on here every day just to read my posts and screenshot them because I live rent free in your head.

I will continue to share the awesomeness that is the KIA Stinger

For ever and ever and ever ❤️

Peace ✌️

Finished my drip rails replacement on both cars. I use Pro X One High Gloss Tire Shine from O'Reilly to coat the bare rubber. It gives it a satiny sheen, I guess that's supposed to qualify as "high gloss" when we are talking about rubber.

Swapped in SuperBrightLEDs for the reverse bulbs: 921 / 912 / T15 CANbus LED Bulbs - 30 SMD LEDs - Cool White / Amber / Red

It was surprisingly easy to take the rear light bar out, do the swap and reinstall. I’ve been using SuperBrightLEDs on several vehicles for years and found theirs to be reliable. I’ll try to grab a night photo soon if I can remember.

Also, did a wash to get it looking right.

So excited to be back in the community and see what everyone is doing with their builds!

I am in the process of redoing majority of my mods which is a little overwhelming but pretty exciting.

Not sure if I should go with suspension first or wheels but those will most likely be the first two things I will add.
