Kia stinger GT blow off valves

Are the hose clamps 1/2" hose clamps or 3/4" hose clamps that fit ? - Thanks guys. Pictures will be posted by me.

All of the stock tubing and clamps were used on my Mach2's.
Tight or loose refers to the preload setting of the valve.
The hex head adjuster on the top of the Mach2's. It allows you to adjust the valves release pressure to fine tune the valve.
If you run it loose it may leak between soft shifts at low boost if you run it tight it will hold closed until the highest pressure under HARD acceleration. I wouldn't recommend that.

I took them out of the box and followed the instructions to match them at a little over halfway loose.
They seem to work great at that setting.
If you look at my pic there is a silver hex adjuster in the top that says Spring +/-.
That's the preload for the valve.

Nice. That was what I was looking for. There are some directions to “find” that 50% mark. Cool. So you got the 9012s. Self adjusted ones. Then. I will buy what you got I think. You buy direct from them ? I’ll give ya credit if you want.

I got the GFB 9012's as well just recently. Such quality BOV love the way they look, sleek but still stealthy.

I've been trying different settings. I kinda wish it had a marker where it showed 50/50 setting but I think I got it pretty close just by looking at the valves and having my cellphones selfie camera to show me. The spring pre load I setup mine to is being basically flush wit the outer area of the bov. In stock it's sitting more inside. That's how I have mine setup and going to see how it is. Having the valve stick out more makes it too soft and I definitely noticed the car didn't like it and felt like I was leaking. Going to experiment a bit this week. Surely love these. I have the HKS ones as well. This BOV journey is not cheap :)

Question here . . .

Can i still recirculate the air from the Add W1's back into the intakes?

If so, do you still hear the sound from the BOVs if you turn it all the way up?

I like the idea of hearing the BOV more, but still want to keep the air in the system since its designed that way.
