I am in Northern VA and I got my GT2 AWD for 41800 OTD.
I live in florida but bought my GT2 AWD in GA. The dealer applied both the $7700 lease cash and $3000 competitive and took 4k off the sticker. Lease payment was $560 all-in with 1k due at signing. Going to buy out the lease after the first payment.

That's a great price you got.
It is a good price, what dealership did you go to, can you share the website, and maybe the name of the sales person. Here in California I get the same rebates and incentives and they won’t go lower than $570+ taxes so that’s like $630

I only see a GT1.
I just when to their website and its a GT1, I wanted to get the same as yours, a GT2 AWD.
I was there on Friday. It could be gone by now. She told me she can pull from any dealer in the state though.

I found 2 blue gt2s with the white interior for $42k, what are the chances they'll take that lease rebate also?

woah, they combined the conquest and lease cash?? Everyone was saying they couldn't combine the two. Is anyone else getting dealerships to combine the two??

First you have to make sure that’s the discount price from the dealership, sometimes on websites they price the car already with the rebates and incentives, so when you get to the dealer they let you know if you qualify. Usually they give you from $3k to $5k on discounts, thats when they do the costco or truecar price. Going all the way to $42k is $10k from the AWD and $8k from the RWD.

That was an awesome deal. When you get the dealership to give you what they supposed to that is good, thats the lease cash $7,700 plus $1,000 for the AWD incentive, plus $3,000 for my18stinger which is a loyalty discount or a competitive bonus program is either or whichmakes together $11,700. They could have gave an extra $1,000 more. So the deal was already $560 by it self. That’s what I have been trying to get here in California in over 14 dealerships but the lowest was $567+ taxes which makes the payment like $630
You have to watch out for the money factor markup. Thats where these dealers really try to screw you. The base money factor from Kia is .00208 (x2400 to get the APR so in this case 4.992%). I've seen some dealers mark it up as much 12%. Everything above the kia base rate is pure profit that goes back to the dealer, don't let them tell you otherwise. If you're going to do the lease then buyout it doesn't really matter though. I didn't have to negotiate the MF at all with ALM Kia. Their first offer was the base amount.
You are totally right, my situation is that I never asked for them to break down the price for me to see how they got it.
I called yesterday as soon as you told me but Kathy wasn’t there at the dealership so I left my info so she can contact me but she never call. I’m going to try today again.
