JB4 Review (another)

It's powered by one of those connections you mention. There's no extra power cord to run.

Mine is mounted with double sided tape on the passenger side near the windshield. I think it's a fuse box...
Thank you so much. At first I thought need to run a separate power line.

Another question. Will JB4 able to handle mods such as intake and exhaust?

Absolutely! It's the only tuner with CANbus and fuel control so it can read AFR&Fuel Trims and make the required adjustments for bolt on modifications.

@Terry@BMS will this run fine on map1 without the fuel line control?

REV3 with fuel wires would be the best option if you want to go wireless, correct?

Does it connect to the OBD port?

I can't access to the fuel wire installation video from the N54Tech forum. Anyone has a direct link to the video?

@Terry@BMS I'm going to be getting my jb4 installed yesterday and the shop that will be doing the install and spark plugs said they recommend the hks45il. Is that not too cold?
I think I read a post of yours that you were using ngk plugs on your shop stinger. If that's accurate, which model/heat range?

Probably fine. But I've been happy with the $8 each Denso 5346 plugs gapped at 0.022".

@Terry@BMS, I think it’s worth creating a single thread as a general FAQ for all of the topics you get a 1000 posts for and just point people to that.

You are way more patient than I.. lol

Sorry @Kamauxx for hijacking your thread brother.. lol
