May, June, July 2018 build date?

Does anyone have a May, June or July build date? I have been shopping for Stingers at multiple dealerships and have seen a March build date as the most recent build date.

If memory serves, I think the Stinger production stopped in May for the 2018 models, Korean Stingers have been out since June. If there are vehicles for sale with June build date, they should be 2019s

May I ask where your information is coming from and how reliable is your information on the production stopping in May for the 2018 models? Is it an educated guess based on not seeing June/18 build dates on cars? Just curious because there can be many rumors that are educated guesses.

I haven't been taking notes but from what I recall, I agree that May was the last build date seen for the US 2018 model. Since then, it's been 2019 for non-US markets, and US models would start later this month (August). Without any intentional delay, you'd expect those to start showing up late September or early October. It takes a few weeks to get here by boat...

I found a 5/2018 build date today without any defects in the paint...(headlight/bumper cover rub, panels aligned at fender to front bumper cover seam, hood chip near the driver's window wiper, etc...) It was white.

No worries, the size of the manual can be daunting but it’s worth reading when you get a chance. When my dealer handed me the manual I looked at it, looked at her and said “please tell me it’s only that thick because it’s in 6 different languages.” She just laughed and said nope, this is it, all English.
