Being disappointed with summer tires on my AWD car. I swapped today for a set of four 245/40/19 Nitto Motivo tires. I had previous experience on my 2014 R/T Charger, so I was confident in them. At 98Y, XL, they meet and surpass required specs.

Wow, what a tremendous improvement in every way. Yes, I know they are slightly large, so my speedo will be 2 mph off at 90 mph. Nonetheless. IMO, these are the best AS tire for the money.

These are quieter and smoother than the stock Michellin Sport 4's with a 60,000 mile treadware warranty. I got 70,000 out of them my charger....

I’ve heard of Nitto tires but haven’t been able to find them locally of on Tire Rack. Got any photos of them on the car?

As positive feedback on the NITO TYRES I will Give it a Positive Top Ratting  for a Smooth and a much Quiet Tyre
than the Michelin Pilot Super Sport that I had on previously and they were very good tyers in all conditions and handling .
in my experience and in my opinion so far, and driving it only for a few days now
it seems to meet all it's requirements it feels smooth and it has my tick of approval :)

Man those 20s look small on that car.

Not really
but yeah the pics here and the angle don't do it justice of how it looks in reality
also the style of those wheels and the low profile or the tyre creates that look in these pics

the tyres though are great for this kind of car I think

Local to you, you can find Nitto Tires at Discount Tire and Belle Tire. Or www.discounttiredirect.com

I don't have pictures yet, but I can't say they look tremendously different than stock.

I have the Nitto Invos on my Mustang and they are a great performance tire which also handle great in the rain. A nfew other Mustang guys I know have the 555 G2 and love them also. The Motivo an all season?

. Yes, they are all season

I have the 555 G2. So far, very impressed. I've heard some concerns of them in the wet so we will see.

Checked their website, looks like some decent tires. They didn’t list any snow performance on their all season tires though. Anyone with experience in the snow on Nitto’s AS offerings?

Look at discount tire reviews. I've used them through three winters with great results.

Edit

Nevermind, found it...

How are you liking the G2s? How do they compare to the stock Michelins? Traction in wet/dry?

Unfortunately I cant compare the stock Michelins as I bought the car with this set up. Again, I can't comment about them in the wet. I've had the car 5 weeks and its rained very little here in Texas during that time. Will follow up later with a review once I do though.

Do they hook up pretty well from a stand still?

Yes, so far I’m impressed with them. I’ve got AWD and all four tires seem firmly planted from a stand still or when pushing the car. As mentioned, I’ve only had the car for 5 weeks and covered 800 miles so it’s still early days.

Lol, yes, stand still. I fat fingered that.

Thanks for the info.

Hows the noise and comfort with the tires ... might consider swapping out the stock bridgestones with those ... tho being in NJ NY would mean id also need to buy winter tires ...
