Hello, can anyone tell me if the AWD stinger has a mode similar to DRIFT mode on the g70. Disengage nanny and 90 to 100% of power to rear wheels full time. Thanks Rob

2018s don't, and we don't know anything about any changes for 2019 yet.

They have SPORT mode which turns it from Dr Jekyll into Mr Hyde, but thats it. You can turn off the Traction and Stability control though. I've seen vids where they have issues holding it in a drift b/c the dam computer will shift at redline, even in manual mode.

From what I understand, the AWD models send 80% of the power to the rear wheels when in Sport mode.

As for RWD, I'm guessing switching off the Traction and Stability will basically be "drift mode" lol although I believe you're right, the G70 may have a literal drift mode, although who's going to use that anywhere other than a track??

I am originally wanting a RWD but then there are time like rain and the random snow flurry I like AWD. So if I can control this as I have real some say g70 sends 90 and also read 100% to rear wheels all the time in that mode. Mostly when just cruising around I may like that mode but I did not know that in sport mode stinger sends 80%. Does it stay at 80% or may switch to 80%?

Some reviewers in Russia removed some fuses from electric box under the hood and could disable front wheels completely :) Also "electric power steering" didn't work when they were doing that and bunch if warning lights appear on the console.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

I'm not entirely sure if it stays at 80%. Kia's press release mentions it and multiple articles talk about it.
