after i spoke with a kia n.a. rep about the yellow paint problems, i asked about the commemorative book that all yellow owners and the 1500( i think ) red stinger owners. he said, the delivery date was supposed to have been end of june, beginning of july, but that is looks like it might be starting, in small batches, around the 17th of july. he isn't sure of who or where the first deliveries will be to, ie, red first, or a 50/50 split, or which continent. just that they will be starting on the 17th. hope that helps.

I got my book (not the yellow, but for the first 1k Stinger buyers) probably in May. All it is is a glorified and expensive looking hard back sales brochure.

I want to know when they are going to send out more headphones...looks like a bunch went out and no more since. The book would be nice too.

My yellow has not had any paint issues but I do avoid following large trucks and do not drive on gravel as to avoid rocks flying up and causing chipping. No paint has come off yet.

i have been looking at my yellow, and there isn't a chip anywhere, especially around headlights, but, i have also tinted them, they were removed and the tint was applied. i am wondering if the tint is like a cushion.

I asked the rep about the red and yellow books as well as the headphones when he called me about the yellow recall. He found and sent me the red book. He doesn’t think they printed the yellow or they were all scooped up before shipping. He said he found some headphones but we have yet to receive them.

Still no book for me...purchased March.

I fully expect the book for our Limited Sunset Yellows, and I hope that the headphones are still going out to many of us who made purchases before the Summer.
