Thoughts on CF hood?

What do you think about a CF hood upgrade? On the fence....

I posted this earlier. Yes it looks ok but you have to take lifters off as it can cause fractures, so what’s going to hold the hood up? If breaks it’s not carbon fibre.

And the so called real vents go no where if you look under neath they don’t vent to anywhere.

Not a big fan of the carbon fiber look, too "Fast and Furious" on cars other than actual supercars. Just my opinion, though.

The Mrs had a sieben carbon fiber hood on her nissan juke RS. It looked cool, granted, the juke was black so it kinda blended in. Sort of. I guess it's in the eye of the beholder. The Mrs likes it, I'm not sure. Maybe with some carbon fiber fenders......

I mostly agree. I think it looks pretty cheesy on any color other than black.
