Hmm...dont see mine on the list. I could only see about 90 entries however also.

Interesting to note is the apparent "rareness" of GT2 on the list also.

Hi everyone I’m new here I just signed up and I wanted some opinions on my situation.

I have been waiting 8 months for the stinger to become available in the u.s. and I had my mind set on a awd gt2 but I found out that a few dealerships may get the limited edition 1 of 400 sunset yellow version and my dealership near me is likely to get one and I put money down to have first dibs at buying the car when and if it arrives.

So I really have 2 questions:

Is the limited edition worth paying over sticker and will that be common practice for the lucky dealerships that will receive them?

And for my final question:

Since the limited edition is suppose to be rwd with LSD (Limited Slip Differential) and other unique options is it truly a downgrade to get rwd versus the awd I had my heart set on?

I just bought a yellow limited and I paid below sticker. I guess I got lucky. There are dealers out there that are fair. Keep looking.

Nice work. I have decided to keep my Yellow Stinger just the way it was when I picked it up from the dealer. I am going to work at keeping the car in total mint condition. That is my plan.

See..... Now I can't decide if I want to de-badge the rear with the black Stinger script like this, or just replace the Kia emblems with the 'E' badge..... So many decisions, lol.

I guess I thought more people would be interested in the limited edition sunset yellow. With only 400 available I just don’t want to pass up an opportunity I might regret. It’s too bad they didn’t decide to make it in awd.

I have a GT2 Sunset Yellow Stinger in NY. They wanted 5k over sticker!

The limited edition I have is awd and it's a GT1. Has everyone else only been seeing them in rwd?

My GT limited is AWD..

There are no GT1 limited sunset yellows. There are GT and GT2's in both RWD and AWD.

Well I feel pretty dumb now. I thought for sure my local dealer would have no problem selling their RWD GT2 for MSRP, so I wasn't upset a month ago when they wouldn't get the price down to $48k for me. I simply got the RWD GT instead. I check their inventory today and the RWD GT2 is still there, discounted to 48.5k Ugh!

Ah well, but if anyone here is looking for one ask for Daniel at King Kia in Gaithersburg, MD. He was great to work with. As long as you don't live in this area. If I see you driving it around near me it's just gonna bum me out.

sticker price on mine was 41k but I got them down even more. That was in NY too

Well there's no tags on it yet so I assume it's just a dealership test drive, which is really odd that they would tint the windows that dark just assuming someone will want an illegal tint. Wait those are aftermarket wheels too. That's pretty odd that a dealer would do all that, although I guess not as odd as that one that was posted with the yellow camouflage vinyl wrap.

I got my GT2 yellow for 6k off the 50,500 sticker.
