Ready for map 1?

Hello,
The file provided is my log of map 0. Someone said the fuel isn't good or something similar. Can anyone else confirm or deny this? And besides the fuel am I ready for map 1?
I would also like to know how to read the logs to understand what to look out for so I don't have to frequent the forums.

Look at Ign2-6. In the ideal condition, it should be 0, not bad is up to 3, don't want to see above 3.8 at WOT. Your are pretty high.

What are your mods? Do You have stock or upgraded spark plugs?

I only have a K&N intake and nothing else; I will install new sparkplugs today.

Which spark plugs? Remember about gapping them to 0.024- 0.022. Disconnect the battery for at least 10-15 minutes. Run 50-100 miles normally, giving time to adapt trims.
