Was considering vinyl wrapping these maybe carbon fiber like the SEMA Stinger, or maybe a glossy black? I like the Dark Chrome but it seems to get dirty so fast and might match my vehicle a bit more, attached some photos of my car and the pieces I'd like to wrap (not including mirror but I would like to wrap those too.) I did use "autodip" on my rims came out super nice, worst case they fade and I'll peel it off.20180320_144956.webp 20180320_145004.webp 20180311_153956.webp 20180311_154006.webp

Nice Limited edition! I think carbon fiber would look great on the side vents. Probably the hood vents as well...

Did you buy it with the stinger badge on the grill or is it a mod you did?

Yes, very nice car!!! I saw one where I picked up my silver 2.0 and was surprised at how flat the yellow paint is.....no metallic or pearlescent to it at all. I’ll be doing 3M anthracite gray carbon fiber on the hood vents and maybe a few other places. Waiting on the spoiler to arrive first.

I personally love the yellow, in Florida the yellow is also really in style right now. What spoiler did you end up going with?

The G version painted from importshark. And Mike, if you are reading, the color better match 4SS. Lol.

If anyone knows where I can get the small stinger badge let me know as it costs $83 AUD in Australia.

I took mine off, some bubbles occurred but I'd say it came out really nice little imperfections only I'll be able to nice but for about $50 for all 4 wheels and I look at it as paint protection as well, I think it's totally worth it.

I plan on wrapping every single black chrome piece or replacing it with carbon.. I absolutely love my car.. my only gripe is that IMO the black chrome looks cheap (kia should have made them body color) and it sits to high from factory..

So, ordered my front diffuser and rear spoiler but they will not be here for a few weeks. My Stinger Haus hood vents will be at the dealership Friday and Monday morning my GT1 goes to Incognito Wraps here in Vegas. I am having the black chrome deleted with 3M carbon fiber just like Rick Strauss did with the Orange SEMA Stinger, as well as a 3M anthracite gray carbon fiber insert in the hood to break up that large empty spot. Also doing hood vents, the small plastic piece on the steering wheel as well as the console. I'll get more interior pieces later on. Finally, I am having the 3M Clear Bra applied from the doors forward. They should have the renderings for me to approve tomorrow. Might back out of the grey and go black on the hood insert though.

I'll post some pics when its done. Since I ordered the Borla Polyphonic exhaust at the dealership Dragon Lady(wife) put a hold on a couple of items like the rear diffuser and sideliners. Sorta wanted to wait on both anyway to see what comes out in the next few months.

Protatomonster, gonna copy your stinger on your grill if you don't mind. Very nice, yet simple!

Anyone know if I'd need to take off the chrome pieces in order to vinyl wrap them, or if I can do it while they're still on the car? If you'd think I should remove them before I vinyl, does anyone know how to take them off?

Mine are being removed and I would think that would work best to hide edges. Here is a shot of my hood vent Incognito Wraps sent me today. They are looking for my opinion on the Black/Gray combo. What do you guys thing?View attachment 5741
I'm not a carbon fiber guy. I even had a carbon fiber hood painted to appear stock on a car I've had before. But this does look really good...

I would prefer black/black but I need to see it installed first.
The shape is really good.
