remove the touchscreen

Hello everyone.
I'm having the famous problem from the touch screen when it seems like to peels off.
I know this problem is not coeredby the warranty so i found a replacement touchscreen used but i'm just no able to find a tuto to remove the dashboard to access the display.
Does anyone has alreday done that or be able to send me a link for the tutoriel ?
I have a 2018 kia stinger premium

Center 7" LCD touchscreen to 8" LCD?

So has anyone with a base GT thought about swapping their 7" touchscreen for the 8"? There's quite a few floating around online from scrapped/wrecked Stingers and while I can't confirm the plugs are a direct swap for fitment, it appears that way...
