Pretty sure the brackets you are looking for are not sold separately.

They are permanently bonded to the luggage cover (permanent until they break off).

You would have to design your own I would imagine.

I don't see anything here , maybe yours can be the first.

I'll probably just take the other one off and have it made! Then I can Pop Rivet it into place with small black rivets!
