It happens alot with other states, just because its too much to fix and insurances dont think its worth it.this is the first time that I've read / heard of a car being 'totaled' by hail. there must have been severe water damage through the broken glass.
Plus with the ongoing supply chain issues, replacement parts can be very long lead items. Insurance companies might not care to pay for rental cars for an extended period while waiting on parts. I forgot where but I remember seeing a G70 with basically just front and rear bumper cover damaged and torn off. Runs perfect. The interior smells like ass....Does it still run? Any dashboard warning lights?
