Lozic ECU + TCU + AWD Tune

Thank you for your answer.
Please tell me about the exhaust, how much does the cat back give, the installation of the secondary downpipe? Does it make sense to put on a secondary downpipe first and then cat back?.
Why did you ask about methanol injector size?

I was asking about nozzle size cuz your trims were crashing negatively in your first log. Later we figured it’s just fuel wires causing the problem and it’s all good in your newer log.

For catback and secondaries the power gain is more from the boost level change due to the change of back pressure instead of the actual restriction. It just doesn’t work as NA cars. You’ve grained more than 100whp and 200wtq from the tune and auxiliary fuel, no other power mods will give you noticeable difference. So it doesn’t really matter which one you goes first.

For post-facelift model( 21+ or 22+ depends on where you are), catback is pretty much meaningless. I’ve cut the stock 2022 muffler open for fun and it was well designed. Drone level is still minimal without resonator and secondary cats. If you are having pre-facelift models, just order whichever catback and secondaries you like, cuz stock one sucks.

I have a stinger My 2021 after lift. Will installing a secondary downpipe and removing gpf (in European versions, gpf is in place of secendary catss) increase power?.

It will but it’s minimal. However exhaust note will sounds better. Resonator delete can make it even louder. As long as you keep the stock muffler their will be no drone.

Thank you for your response. I will be using 100 octane gasoline. Now I'm thinking about installing a more efficient intercooler.

Gain from intercooler will be minimal with WMI installed. Try BMS diff brace first, that is a night and day difference mod for boost launch if you have tuned TCU or brake snip harness.

What’s up guys, i currently have a 22’ gt2 stinger pretty much FBO w/lozic TCU tune running jb4 map2 on 93oct with clean logs. Looking to upgrade to lozic 1.5, will this tune be too aggressive for 93oct? I will be keeping jb4 to log. I don’t beat on the car, it’s my daily and like to have a little fun here and there.

Stick with 1.4 bar on 93. It's the sweet spot. Especially as you mentioned you like to have fun here and there.

Go grab 1.3 bar 91 tune. Any further performance need can be achieved by map6 and it will provide you a way better boost curve than 1.5 bar 93 tune. There will be little to no performance for switching to a ecu tune if you are limited on 93AKI pump gas. JB4 is enough to max out the power of pump gas already. Make sure you have stable supply of E85 or racing fuel and willing to go WMI/CPI before purchasing the tune. Otherwise you’re paying for something you’re not going to get with pump 93 alone.

I appreciate the response bro and that makes sense … maybe i’ll just stick with the jb4 for now. I don’t mind going WMI or adding e85 at some point, i just didn’t want to overcomplicate things too much for my daily but maybe it’s not as bad as i think lol still pretty new to the car scene in terms of modding/tuning etc

Stick with 1.4 bar on 93. It's the sweet spot. Especially as you mentioned you like to have fun here and there.
do you think this would be any noticeable difference compared to jb4 map2 on 93?

1.4 bar should give you almost same boost curve as JB4 map 2 so basically no gain at all. Extra ignition timing will is minimal on pump 93. However it would be a different story on E30 since lozic tune will switch to it’s beast mode ignition table.

do you know a ratio of e85 to 93 that you’ve found is best?

Hi, what do you think about lozic map revision to 1.6 bar? What power gain will it give? Is it safe?.

Several HP on the dyno and zero in the real life. Look like how your lozic tune's boost curve taper after 5500rpm. All his higher boost tunes just pumps more boost before 5500rpm. If you want to run fast, 1.3 bar is you best bet because you are able to add boost to all rpms to create a flat 22-20 psi boost curve till shift, which is impossible for 1.5/1.6 bar because adding boost to only 5500 and plus is buggy and will trigger sub 5500 rpm to spike too high. Pearly here is the one with the most successful map6 simply because he keep playing with 1.3/1.4 bar tune.

1.3 bar 91 boost curve is gold for his tune. It's conservative enough for most pumpgas and when stacking map6 on top it it's so easy to adjust at the same time.

so today i mixed about 4.5gal e85 with 93 and been running on map3 jb4 with clean logs … would lozic 1.4 bar be able to run e30 as well as 93 pump?

Yes it would absolutely.

sweet i’m torn between lozic 1.4 bar and lap3 1.5
Lap3 is just way too much $ in my opinion. Lozic you get all custom options and no extra charge. Also get more options than lap3 offer. Supposedly lap3 has a touch more power but again in my opinion not worth it. Like Yves said.. get 1.3 or 1.4 and use your jb4 map6 to get the exact boost curve you desire.

1.3+map6 or EK1 lite+BEF+map6 is your best bet here. Also CPI or WMI+E30 for lozic, WMI+pump gas for BEF. Lozic tune wouldn’t give you its big timing ign table for more power on pump gas even you have WMI.
