Viofo A139 Pro Dash cam

About to purchase the Viofo A139 pro dash cam, and wanted to confirm if the fuse type for our cars is the micro2 for hardwiring. Will be using this for recording and the parking mode feature.

They also sell a full set of fuse types that includes a ATO, mini. micro2, and mini low profile adapter holder.

Get an OBD connector with USB end and voltage limit shut off. I have wired up three different ways and this in the only one that seems to work.

I have used the same camera with this method.

Why did your other methods not work?
Hardwiring with an "add a fuse", works perfectly.

Agreed. I used the same for that same camera. No issues.

It would kill the battery, no low voltage shut off when hard wired.

AMAZON has the VIOFO HK3-C Acc Hardware Kit for the A139/A139 Pro Low Voltage Protection for $17.99. This supports Automatic Parking Mode and Parking Recording with ACC Detection. I have the 129 Pro and used the same kit for my version. No battery drain issues.
