Are you sure it’s not just stock boost feeling Did you have EWG wires?i don’t have an engine light, I have no boost very minimal
Even though it’s a pending code have you tried to clear it? Sorry I forgot emojis don’t work on here. Here what I get with the obdii scanner
I think I have done that and it did not workI would be willing to bet- if you put JB4 back on. But don’t put EWG wires on. Reset battery and turn bit5 on that your car would be back to normal.
What is bit5?I think I have done that and it did not work
On the JB4 settings. It’s to make sure to turn off Wastegate control. I have never seen a stinger with that code that didn’t have EWG wires. So why I think as soon as the computer knows they are gone it will work. I could definitely be wrong. But I would bet on it!What is bit5?

I did swap out the ecu and that still did not fix the issueOn the JB4 settings. It’s to make sure to turn off Wastegate control. I have never seen a stinger with that code that didn’t have EWG wires. No idea why it’s not resetting for you. That code is triggered by EWG wires. Once it knows it’s not there it should be working normally.I did swap out the ecu and that still did not fix the issue
To properly remove the EWG wires means to unplug the BMS EWG kit and plug the stock connector back onto the turbo wastegate, if it either side got damaged or perhaps not seated back in properly, it could trigger the code.No idea why it’s not resetting for you. I will unplug and plug back in to see if that’s works, I don’t think that’s the issue
While you are at it, check the wires, make sure no damage to them or the plugs themselves.I will unplug and plug back in to see if that’s works, I don’t think that’s the issue
That fixed it!! Thank you much.disable the ewg wires in the user adjustment setting page and then delete the code throught the jb4 while in accessory mode and lmk if it gets rid of the codes
Did you ever get it to work I’m having the same problems. All started when I did the EWG wires. I have it at a shop and they can’t figure it at aswellWhat is bit5?
