Methanol injection

Thinking about getting a methanol injection kit finally. Any personal experience pros and cons anyone has to share would be awesome and greatly appreciated. Or things you wish you had known or done before hand?

I have a jb4 (no ECU tune), so the BMS WMI unit works great since it integrates directly with the jb4.
I see you have a lap3 tune, so I can't comment on the best solution to work with the lap3.
I had some initial issues with my setup, the jb4 detected something it didn't quite like and would safety back to map 0 (probably a good thing). Terry at BMS was VERY helpful and quickly helped me resolve the issue, and it runs like a beast now.
Do you track your car at all?

I haven't tracked it yet. I have a local drag strip very close to where I live so the plan is to get it dialed in then head up there for a day. I know lap3 offers an ecu tune that has to have Meth injection. I don't run it very hard hardly at all, so I'm thinking going this route will be the best of both worlds. Won't run through as much methanol and don't have to upgrade my ecu tune farther. I'm really considering it for the colder intake Temps when pushing it on a hot day along with the bonus of keeping the engine a little cleaner.

No, I kinda hate most social media lol too much negative energy. Really just curious if anyone had a good/bad installation experience with a certain kit over another. They all seem pretty darn similar though.

So you would rather get help from people who don't have any experience with Lap3 kit then just ho to the source?

Well I have the S4 Lap3 kit which I bought with the 2.5 ECU. All meth kits install the same per hardware. The difference will be in controlling the meth. Lap3 kit you get logging software so you control the meth and also log WOT runs. You also can clear DTC codes with it. It's explained fairly well on their website. Cheaper isnt always better.

Wasn't really searching for cheaper than better type of stuff. Just looking for an unbiased opinion. I always get super short answers from lap3 so I was just looking for someone to give an honest opinion on their personal experience is all.

Meth will give you a substantial boost in hp and torque, you be able to get rid of catch cans, which can cause boost leaks, cause of the cleaning action on intake valves.
