any one have hks bovs? if so does your blow off when shifting 1st through 4th? seems weird to me for an automatic and my agency power ones never did

My tial bov does blow off sometimes when its a late shift.
My hypothesis is that the factory tune lowering power before a redline shift may redice pressure just enough for a release of pressure

The BOV gets a signal through a solenoid to blow off and seems it does this to reduce power during shifts under heavy throttle.
I have the GFB and it blows during shifts under heavy throttle, it is adjustable, so I might try and adjust it to blow less to try and maintain a little more boost during shifts.

Mine dosent blow off under heavy throttle! Say i could cruise away from a red light and shifts 1-4 will blow offunder normal acceleration

If I accelerate under light to medium-light throttle, mine don't blow off, maybe because my Lozic TCU shifts earlier (-8%) but I generally have no boost building yet since it rarely gets over 2300 RPM unless I give it more throttle, then the blow off on the shifts.
