Bogging out under full throttle, not overboost

So my issue was bogging down under full throttle at about 80mph but I am immediately able to go full throttle right after. Was that what you were experiencing?
My bogging out was shortly after I mashed on the gas pedal... Misfire than take off

If it feels like a stutter misfire when you jam on it, but drives fine under normal conditions, very possible to be a coil

Car usually operates perfectly. However, when I floor it, somewhere between 60-80mph, I'll hear the blow off valve vent, car speed drops, I let off the gas, then I can resume. Other issue I should've mentioned is I have the Lap3 pro which bluetooth connector is failing. I washed the engine the other day but I wrapped the lap3 pro unit in plastic. Could my tuner be acting up? Of course it's a possibility, BTW, I added tension to the ADDW1 bov's and still experienced the issue and got flutter right before it bogging down.

In my experience they're misfires. And, for some reason, the ECU doesn't trip codes about them except under some specific situations. That's a problem because the dealership won't/can't do anything without a code. So we have to keep pushing the car through those events and try to get codes. An awful situation while a 50+K$ Stinger sputters on roads around the world.

Unless the BOV’s are defective (doubtful), then the ECU is telling them to open. Can you log like the JB4 can?
The ECU might be hitting a safety like overboost, fuel trim, misfire, etc.

I'm not 100% positive, but I don't think the BOV is controlled by the ECU in the Stinger.

I thought I read somewhere that there is a solenoid controlled by the ECU.
If not, then it is simply by the ECU closing the throttle that will trigger it, and logs can show that. Either way, it probably detected something it didn’t like.

Like a misfire.

Don’t know anything about the lap3, but I had an issue with my JB4 setup running E30 in map 4 where the fuel trims got too high and the JB4 went to map 0 as a safety.
Could the lap3 be doing a similar thing?
I have since switched to WMI and pump gas on map 7 and it’s running the best ever.

Like a misfire.
If he can get logs similar to what JB4 does, then a bad plug or coil might show significant timing pulls on the bad cylinder.

Agreed. But try presenting that to a service writer at the dealership for warranty replacement of coils.

I had 2 bad coils and it showed nothing on my logs
