Hey everyone,
My passenger side rear corner has always sat lower than the other corners ever since I had the Eibach lowering springs installed back in June 2022. I'm wondering if that's due to improper installation by the shop? Originally wasn't a huge concern for me but I just had the wheels off to change my brake pads and noticed that the megan racing camber arm and the eibach sway bar have paint missing right where they would touch each other when going through a large compression. This is unsettling to me so now the ride height on that corner is a larger issue. Any idea why that corner would be sitting lower than the rest?
Thanks for the help!

*Update* Spoke with a shop that was aligning my car and asked them to check the passenger rear corner. They said the spring looks twisted in its cup and looks to be installed incorrectly.
Called the shop that originally did the installation and have an appointment with them on October 28th to see what's going on and hopefully fix it. I'll post an update here after the appointment.

Incorrect installation or deflective spring... not much else it cold be.

I’d check the spring pads on that side. They probably tore it up installing the spring

That would be shitty if so. Any idea where/if I could get new ones? If that ends up being the reason.

The dealer or online parts sites. It’s a Kia part, can’t really get it anywhere else.

Get the shock absorber checked it could have failed/leaking.

One of the spring insulators is probably missing.

A leaking shock doesn't normally result in static ride height issue.
Mine did and the diagnostics revealed 52kg more weight on that side. It took awhile before someone realised the leaking shock was defective.

*Update #2*
Pictures that the shop took. Pictures were automatically rotated horizontally when I uploaded them, sorry about that. But you can clearly see that one of the springs looks "squished". Super aggravating knowing that they were installed incorrectly and at a certain point I went to the installer and asked about the ride height and they brushed it off as, "lowering springs sometimes are uneven". Hopefully they will be able to right their wrong and nothing else is damaged.

that's a quick fix, it is clearly not seated correctly. two bolts and the swaybar link and that bottom tray holding the spring comes down and you can adjust as necessary.

Hopefully there isn't any damage to the spring/spring pad/anything else.

spring pad is cheap, $24 or so for the bottom. (one of mine was messed up by the ^%&* monkey that installed my ARK springs.) The spring might be permanently bent due to taking the weight of the car in that position. if that's the case, contact eibach and have the place pay for the replacement if it's not covered by warranty.

Why would it be covered under warranty? Installation errors are not typically covered by any warranty

^^If the shop installed it incorrectly, I'd expect them to make it right. If their incorrect installation resulted in damage, they should eat the part.
