I have done quite a bit of mods on my car and noticed that I am having the same problems as some others on this forum. My car goes into limp mode many times on a hard pull. I've noticed my car stuttering at high speeds when I'm pulling and then occasionally will pull the 0068 code. Now I am thinking I did not install my JB4 correctly. Current mods are listed below & I uploaded my CSV log file below. Desperate for help lol

2021 Kia Stinger GT1 AWD 3.3L

Mods:
1. JB4
2. HKS Plugs
3. BMS Intakes
4. Rear muffler delete

Always run 93 octane w/ booster.

For those of you who are familiar with logs, is anything glaringly obvious on my logs?

One file is a single pull from 0-60 & another is driving with pulls to ~100 mph

Set your JB4 to automatically start logging at 80% throttle. Do a run starting in 3rd gear and go WOT to about 90. Post log. The two you posted are crap.

Use map3 and log full throttle runs, 40-90, on a safe private track. Half throttle logs don't really tell you much.

Is this any better?

And FYI I’ve been throwing P0068 and P0106 codes with rough idle at all times but intermittent loss of boost here and there.

If nothing is wrong here I may need to unhook everything and redo. I have a feeling either I’m not wired correctly or I need to do more cleaning. I’ve cleaned MAP sensor already.

That looks good. Very little timing pull nothing to worry about there. Are you still getting codes. Any after that run?

The logs themselves look fine. It's possible a pin on the JB4 harness going to the MAP sensor is loose. Does the issue come up if you leave the MAP connection factory? You may get a tuning related fault on map3. But see if the idle issue and P0106 code comes up.

Understood. I managed to log during the event that I mentioned a few days ago. Still running into the issue.

To reiterate, I'll have moments where I'm accelerating, feel the engine 'jump' or sputter, then I find that when I accelerate, I have little to no boost and the car continues to skip or sputter. If I keep pushing it, I'll throw the two codes (P0068 and/or P0106). I managed to log this on my way home from work. This is a series of accelerations (forgive me, I know it's not clean) but I was trying to hit 100% throttle as much as I could without breaking the car. These were 'clean' pulls, as in I was trying to depress the accelerator smoothly, once & seeing what the car does during the pull.

Does anything stand out? Boost looks all out of whack?

I see what you mean by out of wack. Your boost 1 and 2 and your pedal and throttle are way off. Boost 2 spiked to 30+ lbs. That can’t be good!! Sorry to say but this is over my head. We’ll have to wait for Terry or one of the other many sharp-tacks here to pitch in. Terry is generally very good at getting to people but you’ll probably do better emailing him directly. And pls update here when you get this figured out. I await with keen interest. Cheers

Here's a cleaned up version to include only one pull.

Thanks! Hopefully @Terry@BMS has some suggestions.

For tech support you'd have to email me the details. I don't check the forums that often and when I don't do tech support on them beyond looking at a log. My email is terry@burgertuning.com

I wouldn’t do that again until you get it figured out. Boost2 spiking to 30+ pounds is going to brake something. Hopefully you have email Terry and you guys are backing and fourth’ing to get this behind you. Cheers
