Where do I begin. Well as you can see I paid for the front sway bar and then was told it was a mistake on there website and they were going to charge my card the difference. I declined and they cancelled my order. Get your shit together. You have owed my buddy ck71 an intercooler for 8+months because he gave you the lights that he makes under the notion ud be sending an intercooler his way when they become available. With all the Instagram and Facebook posts Iv seen you sure are happy to sell them but to give one that’s been owed that’s asking to much for you. I’m happy to add screenshots of the conversations of us getting told it will be shipped in 4 weeks atleast 4 separate time over the spanning months. This isn’t how you run a business. Atleast not a successful one. Do ursef a favor and avoid Evans Dodds Jr and IMR he is a small start up company and is stretching resources to thin to fast.

There are too many companies that behave like this. The problem is consumer protection laws are too weak. I think California has stepped up their game.

I always wonder, for every person who fights it out and wins a chargeback/dispute, how many more people just do nothing and don’t get anything for their money.

I’ve seen lots of vendors over the years lead people on, outright take money and deliver nothing with no intent to, and one other take 500K in preorders and declare bankruptcy (for the 3rd time as it turned out).
Another time honored scam is printing a shipping label to show a tracking number and never sending the package.

I recently dealt with this from ADRO and Nick from Khartunerz trying to deny his involvement even though he was one of three officers and his shop was the legal address. His partner told BBB they had already refunded me and then the credit card company they had already shipped. Vendors will lie without the least shame in these matters.

Been 2 months since I ordered from these guys going on 3 next Wednesday. They claim they’ve been swamped with orders and that mine should be ready in 4 weeks. Funny thing is how is it that “all these people are ordering these parts” but I haven’t seen a single review for them.

I'm going to address the post by Closet_Soviet. I'm literally copy and pasting from another post where we have had to clarify things.

It appears that there are half truths about the post regarding the FMIC as well as the sway bar.

1) The FMIC was never ordered or paid for by closet_soviet. The FMIC was a product swap between myself and another vendor. The vendor sold their Stinger and was not in a rush to get the FMIC. The vendor I have a professional relationship and talk business and knew at the time cores were not available and they were understanding and ok with waiting. Months down the line you contacted us, let us know that the vendor was going to let you be the beneficiary of the bartered product. After we started working with closet_soviet more directly we shared how we believe in good customer service took an action to create a real trackable order in the system for his order so our production team would see it and prioritize it. We also wanted to sweeten the deal for him and offered free powder coating on the full kit with any color of his choice at our expense. After issue number two below, we decided to cancel his made up order which he never paid for and worked it out with the vendor who we still have a great business relationship with.

2) While on the phone with closet_soviet about his interest in a sway bar and what the inventory was, we advised there was one in stock, but the manufacture increased pricing and we needed to update our site to reflect that. He laughed an placed the order anyway. I advised that we won't be able to fulfill the order because we would be shipping at that big loss. He stated that he placed the order prior to our call but we could see the time stamp on the order and his statement was not accurate. He didn't seem to care and state he would go on the forums are post negatively about us. I'm not sure why you would take this approach with a small business or any business for that matter.

We have never been banned on any forums. A post closet_soviet tried to site shows the thread ending with the customer staying he got his orders.

If anyone has any questions about lead time feel free to reach out. We do our best to be responsive as we get massive amount of communication from phone, email, FB and IG. Follow us to see all the cool products and services we offer as we continue to scale this company to support this any other platforms.

It also appears we need to post more about all the good we have done and are continuing to do on this platform. I will be posting here more frequently and will ask our customers to do the same.

Here to say I ordered an Eibach Pro Kit from IMR last week and I had the pleasure of talking with Evan this AM, he's one of the most responsive, smartest and nicest vendors I've ever had the chance to speak to. Evan picked up at 8:30 AM and texted me my tracking numbers directly and took the time to even talk shop with me as a pal.

Amazing guy, 100% just a legitimate, passionate small business owner working to scale up and keep orders flowing while rapidly growing and dealing with all the supply challenges of our day. I happen to work in the Ecommerce Tech industry so we had a lot to chat about and I can tell you Evan is dealing with his growth and supply challenges better than most, he's just really passionate about this industry and doing nearly all of it himself.

10/10 review. Really happy with my purchase.

I will echo the positive experience with IMR and Evans. We have spoken several times and he even called me on his day off. They provide a valuable service to a VERY small community (I'm coming from 15 years of Subaru ownership, so yeah, Stinger and Korean performance has a ways to go before getting on that level). Business ownership is fraught with challenges, many times out of the owner's control. If you aren't willing to understand that the point of business is to make profit and provide a product/service, then please go enjoy a "stress free" life living off the planet and never engaging in commerce.

However, my issue is that every time I call up for an update on my order which is super rare for them to even answer my calls or email, they tell me “ your order is almost out the door” it’s been almost 8 months since I’ve order my parts. I hope this can paint a picture of our frustration and I’m glad you had a positive experience, but that hasn’t been the case for ALOT of people.
 
I've had the pleasure of working with Evan and meeting him on multiple occasions. He is easily one of the most genuine and passionate people you'll come across. He's dedicated to his customers and to making sure that they are happy.

I had a track day coming up and the man literally cancelled his flight home and stayed in the shop until 3AM to get my car right as he made good on his promise.

All I'm going to add to this is DON'T rely on the feedback on the IMR site relating to products.
If it's a less than 5 star feedback, it'll get removed depriving potential buyers of valuable insight.
 
I understand that some things maybe out of the businesses hands especially due to recent shortages. However, my issue is that every time I call up for an update on my order which is super rare for them to even answer my calls or email, they tell me “ your order is almost out the door” it’s been almost 8 months since I’ve order my parts. I hope this can paint a picture of our frustration and I’m glad you had a positive experience, but that hasn’t been the case for ALOT of people.

Hey Mr.Evans just got my down pipes yesterday. They look pretty solid, however I did not receive my intakes and when I checked the tracking number it said that the order was canceled. Is there anything that can be done about that ?
