19x9 (30mm offset) for the fronts and 19x9.5 (48mm offset) for the Rears .. will I need to do any modification and what size tires would you recommend for daily driving and vehicle will be lowered on GT-F

Front offset is pushing close to rubbing the fender, maybe already is going to rub with a wider than 225/40 tire. You're a half inch wider on the outside than factory wheel, plus another 4 mm closer in offset. Rear, half an inch further in for width and 1.5 mm further in for offset than factory. Finally, the actual wheel variance in style changes absolute offset compared to other wheels. Lowering: doesn't that actually move the inside rim away from the struts? So, your only sticky clearance might be front fender. I know that a 265 with 33 offset, lowered, clears without issues: I think that you can take this as your guide  : 3.3TT - "We (I) have the meats"

No need to guess/speculate - try this, it works:

265's do NOT fit - read the rest of the thread.
Oops, good catch. I did read it a long time ago, but forgot the "sequel". 255 max in front it is, then. With something like a 30 offset and no wider than a 9" wheel.
