On this note, we should amend the Terms of Use to clarify this.

At present, there aren't any written rules that prohibit auction-style listings. The only prohibited (or even restricted) Classified activity I see in the rules is against listing a large quantity of items, as that could be considered 'commercial use' instead of a 'private listing'...
