well the bull work is done.......waiting on some football.......driveway cleared.....not going anywhere.....not feeling the ''wear your mask or else'' vibe I get when I do go out.........so it's a one day dose of cabin fever self induced......I have a shopping list but it doesn't have any food on it yet , so why go out??
we had a meet an greet with our chihuahua and an adoptable boxer....it didn't go well...the boxer thought the little dog was lunch.......needless to say we are getting puppies now.

I got my hands full with an 8 month old Maltese, Barney. We got him early at 8 weeks because the breeder had to evacuate during last summer’s fires. We were up coast on the boat when we got the call and had to do a longer shot home then a drive out to the valley. He’s seem to have two modes, play and sleep.
So it’s been a few weeks. The puppy is a handful and then some. She has her moments. But my stinger still is in it’s puppy stage as well. Just under 15 k on the clock.
Sunday morning, worked like a small farm animal Friday and Saturday my body hurts and there’s no stuff to put in a coffee in the cupboard here this morning. Not happy about that as I sitting here in peaceful bliss prior to the wife getting up. Jezzzz it’s quiet. However I have a sinking feeling once wifey awakes it’s all over. I seem to recall something Friday when she had me under her command about cleaning out our over stuffed locker on Sunday. It’s going to be a beautiful day out there today too. I think I will pass on the shed and go to the boat for the day with my pup Barney. Yup that sounds like the ticket. That’s all I got, enjoy your day and hug your dog.
