Lozic ECU + TCU + AWD Tune

Can you describe the feeling in more detail?
It's hard to describe because it's mostly a feeling of communication between you the car and the road. It felt like I could feel the car responding faster. More ready? Traction, power, etc. Feels like it shoots out of a corner faster is the best way I can describe it. As I said before, if you have your other purchases out of the way, then this is a great add I feel. I don't regret it purchasing it and I can tell it's showing up in my times.

I'm in Los angeles, USA
here to prepare for Lozic USA.
Can anyone give me some advice on car culture in LA or California?
Is there an area where tuning shops are clustered?
Which area is the best for a tuning shop?
I use Dyno and it will be very noisy.
Korea's Lozic doesn't have a problem driving a race car without a muffler all night long.
Finding a place for a tuning shop was the most difficult.

One customer recommended the Mid-East US as there are many restrictions on my business in California.
texas miami side.

please advise on something.

Cograts, that's really cool.

That is a great place as far as positioning goes due to how many people are clustered around SoCal. There are a lot of rules for modding cars in California, but the bonus is if you get stuff approved in California it can be used anywhere in the US. For a shop, I'd just look for something in an industrial area in some big Prologis campus with a bunch of trucks that is already loud.

Well that's pretty cool. Nice that you care about your neighbors lol. As for an area, make sure it's not only a commercial zone but also a industrial zone. That way you are good to make all the noise you want. Because some commercial areas have non industrial renters. For example people may rent out a shop and turn it into a showroom for kitchen cabinets. Or a church. Both won't like it if you spin your Dyno up next to them.
Oh and I'm sure you are aware of all the strict car laws in cali. No one follows them anyways but just be on the lookout sometimes. Avoid participating in takeovers, those can give you a bad rep.
Traffic in la sucks big time but I'm willing to drive down there for your grand opening if your going to do one .

Looked up the noise limits. I think your fine if you find an industrial area with other noisy neighbors.

Come to Columbus Ohio!
93 Octane, E-85, no smog check, and relatively inexpensive living costs!

I mean that's a great idea cost wise. Or any other state. Kentucky is just flat free land. However neither are the centers of car culture. If you want to be in the thick of it, Cali is where it's at. Even DDE with all their giant reach and funds opened up a location in Cali. Why? It's a hot spot.

Can someone explain how to use launch control with just the Lozic TCU w/torque limits off? Is it the same, but we just need to manually hold RPM ?

move down by Hoonigan. industrial area in Oakland I believe? They moved specifically so they could rip it constantly without neighbors complaining

If you want to fix the rpm at launch start, start with Launch control inactive.
For example sport + TCS first off.
Then you can start at 2300rpm. If you have selected the Boost ready function of the Lozic ECU, you can use Launch boost at this time.

As much as I hate texass it's a pretty good place to be for a tuner. It's central, strong 93 octane and E85, drag strips open year round and other than womens bodies, the repubs don't impose many regulations.....

Don't do the crime if you can't do the time?

I agree! Good points. There are supporters of Lozic here (like myself and others) Plus, Meyer Shank Racing (winner of the last Indy 500 and multiple IMSA champions) and Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing (Indy 500 winner, Rolex 24 winner and multiple IMSA champions) are here in Columbus. Big auto parts stores like Jegs Automotive (headquarters close to Columbus) with Summit Racing (in Tallmadge Ohio). Plenty of strips and tracks here. This state loves cars and racing!

I think your best option is probably California. They have strict laws, but a lot of people don't listen and list a disclaimer on their products. The other thing is that you'll be within driving distance of Vegas which has a lot of money and also the SEMA show that is probably the biggest thing in car culture here in the states. At least on an organizational level. Also, the climate is going to allow you get good test data pretty much year round. No snow or days that are too cold and icy. Another thing is that Hyundai has a huge base in CA, might be able to get better access to info, parts etc just because you're down the street and from the old country. Just a thought.

Texas is probably 2nd best. Big state, flat, and not as strict. Lots of companies are relocating from CA to Texas or placing big operations there like Tesla.

But 1st, bring the mobil dyno to Massachusetts. My G70 needs the tune that comes with extra gap sauce!

California is probably best like others said for what you are looking for, definitely industrial areas...

But come visit Seattle too, cause we are cool up here
