Rattling from passanger side

Hi everyone,

I own a Stinger GT 2019 with only 8,600 miles driven. I noticed a rattling and vibrating sound from the passenger side. It gets very annoying when it is windy and at highway speeds. This is not the trunk rattling issue, the sound comes from the passanger side. I took it twice already to the dealership, the first time the issue wasn't solved. The second time it couldn't be replicated. I'm taking it again this Friday for another check. I know some people has posted the same issue before. Have some of you experienced this problem? If so, what was your solution? I'm planning to payoff the car this year, but would prefer to have this fix before doing it, I don't want to buy another Stinger with the inflation in the prices. Make sure that your passenger seatbelt buckle isn't rattling against the B pillar. Then start looking at loosened screws: start with the grab handle in the ceiling. You may have to pull the door panel/card to look inside for something loose. After that, check the headliner: push up on it hard, and if you hear any sound like Velcro reseating, that will probably be the source of your noise. Good luck.

Thanks. I checked the seatbelt buckle but it isn't. I can replicate the noice with someone. Also, I put a rubber cover for the buckle. If I hit the front door I feel like something loose. I will try again taking it this Friday. Thanks for pointing at the grab handle in the ceiling. I'll check it this afternoon.

Update in the issue:

I took the Stinger yesterday to warranty for third time. Finally the technician spent time with me trying to replicate the issue and she noticed it. The team spent the whole day by try and fail. They removed one part from the door, test drive, remove another part and test drive. At the end they found a clip that holds the interior door panel that wasn't installed properly. This was making the vibration in the panel and produced the rattling. The issue has been fixed. Thanks everyone.

I don't have it. While they were working in my car I was in the waiting lobby working in my job (I work remotely). They just kept me updated with the status of the repair. Also, they don't allow people in the repair stations due to possible accident.

Edit: just in case, the issue was in the front passanger door. The clip holds the interior of the door with some molding.

I have had minor rattles in the Stinger nothing like what I have in my Porsche Cayman S, I have stopped paying attention to minor rattles not a big deal for me for someone a minor rattle can be irritating for me is not irritating at all, also always have good music on so I never even hear anything anyways.

I prefer that a technician takes a look at it even if the rattling is minor. Sometimes bigger problems starts for not attending small things. If the technician tells me ohh that is normal, then I'm good to go. Hopefully the issue was solved.
