Backing into the garage and the front right quarter panel clipped the doorframe:confused:. The guy I share the garage with has a wide suv so I try to move over as far as I can to avoid dings…cut it too close this time. Used some goo gone to remove the white paint then some scratch remover and then some cleaner wax and it looks pretty good. Small indention where it made contact. I was just stoked ( and a little surprised TBH) that the paint held up. Thought for sure I’d be looking at a re-spray.

I worry about that shit every day when I pull into my garage. Nice job on the clean up!

Yeah I'm always super careful when I pull into the garage but today i was just an inch too far over. Thanks! It's always good to have a plethora of cleaning product on hand. Never know when my inner dumbass will come out lol

I feel you. Especially during winter where I make sure I park in my garage as straight as possible. We have a tandem double car garage so I try my best to not lean to either left or right to avoid any dings or hits. I feel some of my neighbors think wtf is he doing going back and forth.

There's a strategically placed motorcycle tire at the rear of the garage to ensure I don't back into the crap against the back wall. Side to side is ok, at least 3' on either side.

My neighbor has a patio table hanging from hooks in the rafters. Banging into that may well crack the windshield.
