Instructions for any boost gauge are kinda' sparse on the forum but can be found.
You need to know where to T into the vacuum/boost line.
You need to have a 'add a tap' fuse to piggy back off a fuse that is powered with key on.

From a far more knowledgeable forum member (i forgot who posted it so i can give proper credit.):
(Screwdriver points to vacuum line to tee off for gauge)

Boost Gauge Install

  • The ground was a pain in the ass to find a good one so I used a stud with a nut coming through the fire wall and I tapped off the 20amp power outlet fuse in the right side of the fuse panel for 12v.
  • The boost tube was the WORST I had to run it there the rubber grommet that the wires run to the ecu, I did use a fuse adapter and a O shaped terminal for the ground and the stud, and I think it was 3 or 4ft of line for the hose can’t remember and yup I used a T adapter.
  • to tap to the boost line which I believe I posted the right line to tap off of.
Certainly. I use this one and it's great because it only has power when the car is RUNNING. Wired with 2 5A fuses. The empty slot.

(i hope this helped)

For that device he want's, you need to tap into the sensor, not mechanical. For what it's worth, that is a $2.99 IC2 screen 1.3" square with a few images loaded on a $12.00 micro controller. I would not spend that money to look at a cat.
