The puddle lights on my 2018 Kia Stinger Premium just stopped working. They were on the car when we leased it new and I believe they were factory installed and on the window sticker. Anyone else have this problem ? The car is still under the 3yr warranty for another few weeks so I'm going to have the dealer take a look at it but I cringe thinking about having them touch anything electrical especially for something so trivial that I can easily live without.

Obviously, you checked the menu settings!

The puddle lights are a port or dealer installed option .. and there are no settings for it .. does both sides not work?

Neither side works... I've read that the installation is pretty involved and time consuming and I hate to have anyone messing with the electrical system right before I buy out the lease and the bumper to bumper warranty expires... Hopefully it's just a fuse but I don't even want to touch that by myself at this point.

there is a fuse in the wire going to the control module for the puddle lamps... the module itself should be tapped into the main roof harness.. the module should be in the driver area dash.. here is a link to where the instructions to install were posted which shows where the connections are made. It may be the fact that I have a Canadian Model.

In the menu for User Settings under Convenience there is an option for Welcome Mirror/Light.
Unfolds the mirrors when approaching the car, lights the puddle lamp on underside of mirror, as well as lamp in door handles (Driver & Passanger)

I checked and it is enabled...

I have that setting as well but it isn't tied to the puddle lamps under the side skirts.
