Do I need new plugs (HKS M45iL) with bolt ons no tune?

Got intakes and a downpipe on the way. Do I need plugs aswell or should I hold off until I get a tune.

Isnt that what they come out of the box? So if I get them after a tune I dont have to gap them? Im asking because ive never gapped plugs before

You have to check the gaps one by one. They don’t come pre gap.

You still need to check them and make sure they're in spec, I wouldn't trust out of box gap.

What purpose does the upgraded spark plugs do? They help with engine misfires but if not getting tuned is it more so just for having them there then not

Mostly because there's a high chance that the OEM plugs aren't gapped properly from the factory and can cause issues. Technically, you could just regap the factory plugs and put them back in but if you're going through all the trouble to get them out might as well upgrade them.
