Adjusting rear view mirror

Okay so probably a really dumb question from a 2021 stinger GT newby (arrived less than a week ago), we cant seem to adjust the rear view mirror? is it manually adjusted or electronic (doesnt move at all if i try to move it), checked the manual and there is nothing (just says adjust before driving)? Having 2 main drivers of different heights we really need to be able to work it out.

And guys my hubby just worked it out. It’s manual adjust, just very stiff needing 2 hands to move it, hopefully it will loosen a little over time
