If the width is about a few centimeters, can all 3 holes be blocked???So I've cast custom badges for my Stinger, as well as others, and have previously been asked to look at these new letters. From what I measured out, this new logo does not line up well in a way that will let you cover the existing holes in the hood of the Stinger unless you go larger than the stock ovals. The size and spacing of the three holes makes it challenging. Like @MerlintheMad said, you could fill the holes, but who wants to deal with that?
I don't know about the Korean and NA markets having different holes. This claim doesn't really make sense to me since I installed the Korean E badge on the hood with ease because it uses the existing 3 holes to locate.
Here's a drawing for you. The badge starts to line up once you make it a large size. 155mm (6.1 inches) across is the smallest I could manage to fit over the holes, but it's really close. For reference, the oval in the image is the size of the OEM KIA front badge.

Also, notice that even though the size above covers the holes - it isn't centered. It has to be shifted 8.2 mm to the right to cover the holes with the "I".
And could the new KIA emblem be located in the center???
The largest size among the currently made emblems is 16cm wide.
Shall we make it a little bigger????
