Want to make sure everything is still ok

On a cold start up the car sounds very rough

I'm new to this and not an expert but with a quick look, your logs don't show as much as they could due to how they were captured.

To get a proper log, do a full 100% pedal/100% throttle run in a single gear (preferably 3rd) from about 2000 RPM to redline, then shift keeping the throttle open for another couple seconds after the shift.

On a Stinger, this is basically running from ~35mph to ~85mph in 3rd gear pedal to the metal, quick shift into 4th, then end log.

So am i putting the car into "manual" mode to be in 3rd. or just pretty much hold the pedal to the floor from a dead stop or a 25/30 roll?

Is this a little better? It's from a dead stop without using launch control, and is all of 2nd and some of 3rd gear

You will want to START in 3rd gear at 2000 RPMs, not do a launch. Because you launched and are shifting from 2nd in WOT, your 3rd gear RPMs start at like 4600 RPM, not 2000 RPM.

Do this: get going about 35ish. Manually shift into 3rd with the paddles and stay in 3rd. Get RPMs somewhere around 2k or just a little above that (should be low 30s mph). Floor it. Manually shift into 4th after you basically hit redline. Give it 2 or 3 seconds of WOT in 4th then you can end your log. This usually leaves me shifting to 4th around 80ish. This will allow for the collection of data across the entire RPM spectrum of a single gear.

Note: if you start in too low of an RPM in 3rd and floor it, the car will downshift to 2nd for you. Don't do this. If this happens, try again with RPMs starting a bit higher in 3rd so you get a full pull in 3rd without downshifting.

See the difference between the number of data points in 3rd gear in my logs (right) to your logs (left) and how my log spans the entire RPM range in a single gear gradually while yours just jumps right into each gear near redline, hits redline, then shifts again quickly.log side by side.png

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Did how you said. this should be good now for Map 2. Just need to get on in Map 3

This is a lot better, though you still started the run at like 3700 RPM, not around 2000 as suggested. Your run starts at 46mph. You generally want to start them at ~30mph which gets you into the low 2k RPM range.

Once you get a solid log, and this one may even be somewhat useful, you'll want someone more knowledgeable than myself to review. I'm pretty new to this so I don't want to tell you the log looks fine and miss some detail that someone at BMS would warn you about.

I can't seem to get it to stay in 3rd at those speeds. i tried 35, and the second i floor it the car shifts back to 2nd

I'll keep trying it.

I pretty much have full open roads everyday because i drive to work at 3am
