Please tell me I should buy...

Ok so this isn't a perfectly easy definitely buy deal and maybe it's a definite pass but that's why I'm here. I want to join the hive but under good circumstances and I'm not sure if this would be that.

I found a post local to me with a guy selling his 2018 GT2 with 50k miles (a lot I know) but he's priced it at what he owes on the loan which is $31k.
I'd obviously want to get my mechanic to take a look at this before making a decision but I wanted to check here before even doing that in case I should just hard pass.

Details:
2018 GT2 AWD
50k miles
Aftermarket cold air intake
has hks blow off valves
After market Comma AI system
JB4 tuner

Clean title
2 owners
Only damage is curb rash on wheels....we can't all afford the 360 cams :(
Sounds like most miles were highway but it's also a daily driver so a good mix either way

Anyways, please let me know if there's anything I should worry about here before I take it to the mechanic or if it's even worth doing that.
Thank you!
If you're looking to hold on to this car for a lot more than 5yrs I'd say go with a used AWD GT2 w/ no mods. Being the car it is and seems like you were strongly considering getting one with parts added I'd suggest going with a GT instead to save a lot more $. If your'e buying used bc of budget constraints and not just for a good deal I'd honestly go with a bone stock used RWD GT (location depending) with the colors you want instead, especially if you're the type of person that puts mods on bc they can add up fast with this car. What I should have done and wish I had done myself.

Yeah just so you know - you're looking at 40k minimum for a 2019 Gt2 AWD right now. Used prices are absolutely stupid.
Makes me debate selling mine and getting a new 2021 for cheap ngl.

But no 40k is overpriced depending on the trim level and mileage. I see a few 30-35k gt2's with 10-25k miles.

I just saw a GTS listed like mine with same options AWD (7600 miles) for sale at a dealer at $42k! Unbelievable .. may try to get $40k for mine and do the same..
