Hi guys, my name is Robby. I'm here to share my build, and knowledge earned from the build process.
You can follow my build through Instagram: Big_Turbo_Stinger
I'm also actively posting my build process on the LAP3 Performance Page on Facebook.
Before we get to the Stinger build, here's the Genesis 2019 G70 Sport 3.3T. So I'm very familiar with the platform.
It made about 500WHP on the mobile dyno at Import Alliance with LAP3 V2 Pro-Tuner, WMI, Intakes, and Full Catless Turbo-back Exhaust.

And.. I recently purchased a brand new 2021 Stinger GT2 (on the right).
The left one is a local LAP3 Big Turbo Stinger that put down over 600WHP, and that's what I'm heading for & more.

[PART 1] LAP3 XCargot Twin Turbo Upgrade Kit
Just the day after I purchased the Stinger, I went ahead and ordered a LAP3 XCargot Twin Turbo Upgrade Kit.
It took about a month, and it showed up at the door. First, what I noticed was exceptional quality of the kit.
The flange & pipe thickness, and even down to welds exceeded my expectation, and not one thing was damaged.

[PART 2] Disassembling & Dropping the Motor & Transmission
As soon as the kit arrived, I put the vehicle on the lift and started taking it apart. It sure is nice to have a garage.
I figured it would be easier to work on the car with the motor & transmission pulled, rather than working inside the engine bay.
Believe it or not, a brand new car is much easier & nicer to work on since everything is so clean.
The car has less than 500 miles, so let's see how everything looks!

Hey, little guy!

And that's how it's done! The motor & transmission are out.
You have to make sure to learn where all the wires and connections are, and it will help you a lot during the process.

Here's a few pictures of the stock turbos & primary downpipes.

[PART 3] Installing the LAP3 XCargot XT26 Turbo Kit
The turbo manifolds, housings, and downpipes are ceramic coated & wrapped.
The Tial wastegates are used for the build, and new oil lines & drain lines are installed as well.
I also painted the timing cover to black while the motor was out.
Here are photos of what the final assembly looks like before putting the motor & transmission back in the car.
Pictures are worth more than words, so... Enjoy!
