I have been checking the internet and this forum for information about the 2021 Stinger GT, the model I would be interested in. I do not particularly like sun roofs so the GT would be the one for me. But one thing I have seen in many places are squeaks and rattles that don't seem to get fixed. I would not own a car that had all these noises that Kia does not seem to be able fix. The other thing is the radio in the GT without sun roof does not seem to be a very good radio. So I just joined the forum to get more information about the car from people who own them.

Thanks

The factory nine speaker stereo in the GT is very good by all accounts (extreme audiophiles excepted, who don't even have much good to say about the Harman Kardon 15 speaker system, which I absolutely love). It has subs in the floor, so is only lacking in sound direction granularity. I think that the quality of the sound is otherwise equal to the HK. As for extraneous noises: most of us do not experience them. The owners who do are very noisy on the forum about their issues, and justifiably so. Most of them are fixable.

Umm, the most complaints of sqeaks and rattles is from the sunroof or hatch. I’m in a 2020 and have none. The “radio” in the GT1 has more than enough power and speakers, a sub under both front seats is generous. Lots of media choices but volume varies based on (not off) source. Best luck.

Ok Thanks, how many miles does your car say to empty after you fill up?

I won't buy a GT1 as they have a sun roof. So I would be getting the GT which has a different radio.

Let me tell ya that my 2017 R8 has rattles on the seat belt area and rattles at higher speeds, also every time I go over a bump the glove compartment area squeaks, do I care about this no, do I regret buying the R8 for some stupid small noise? no! Get the stinger rattles and squeaks are not enough to brake the deal these cars are very reliable.

Thanks for the reply. I just don't like rattles.

Lol, that's pretty random; the question and the answer. Just today, 316 Range. Last fill up, over 330 Range. It all depends on how good your average gas mileage was on the last tank. The highest range after a fill up was just under 350; and the lowest was 290-something. Nearly always the Range indicates in the 300-320 range.

I think it matters on how you drive, a least it is over 300 most of the time.
