Jb4 map question

My apologies if this has been asked before, I have looked a lot and can’t find it directly answered.
I have my jb4, gapped plugs and catch can ready to go.
My question is what map is for 93 octane solely?
I daily drive for work and just want some more power for the random times I get on it.
I can not find a direct answer for the life of me.

Can someone give me the dummies version of map 3&4? What is meant by 30% ethanol mixtures? Do any fuel lines need to be changed to do this?

Map 3: 6psi stock tapering to 5psi at high RPM. Suggested for high quality fuel including unleaded race gas, ethanol mixtures up to 30%, or high quality octane booster like Torco or Boostane.
Map 4: Up to 7psi over stock. For use with unleaded race fuel and/or E85 mixtures up to 30%.

With 93 octane gas only, I would recommend Map 1 and 2.

I tried map 3 with adding 30% ethanol but the gain was not worth the extra work of finding a station with e85 or the reduction in gas mileage.
