So I’m looking to buy a 2018 stinger premium,
buy aftermarket gt style 18” inch rims and get rid of the factory premium style. That will work right and fit?
Buy chrome delete trim and put over both doors all the way back and get rid of that chrome look
Put stinger badge on back middle of trunk instead of normal emblem.
How does this sound?

Welcome. Sounds familiar, on here. :D Good fortune with your plans. The Brembo calipers are bigger than the "factory" brakes on the Premium, so you should have plenty of room. You'll want to swing a deal with somebody selling their OE GT wheels on the forum. Otherwise, if you tried to buy the GT wheels new they are ridiculously expensive (prohibitively expensive at over $630 apiece).

I have seen some for $295... so that’s what I’m going with. What about premium vs base model. I understand premium is better but they are also more expensive than a base for most part.. which one is better and why

The Base and Premium are identical in the wheels and brakes department, but the Premium wheels are "machine-finish", which I gather gives them a bit more upscale appearance. Engine, the same. Both are RWD standard with AWD optional. The Premium has the Harman Kardon 15 speaker surround sound system, tilting/telescoping steering wheel, sunroof, LED headlights, a 7" media screen with voice command NAV system and LCD instrument cluster: pretty much like having a GT1 but with the 2.0L engine.

Yea I’m changing the rims out on whither model I get so not worried about that. The looks seems the same except the rims and headlights.. which personally for me the led headlights look soooo much better than the halo ( ) looking headlights.. what about new headlights idrk about that tho.. and the sunroof would be nice to have. So def the premium I think if I can find right one. Your opinion black or white exterior color?

White before black. But the best paint before color preference. Not all Stingers are blessed with a top notch paint job. Watch out for that. Good paint is very good. But adherence issues plague a few cars especially in the early models. Just watch for any peel under the forward lower edge of the headlight assembly (especially under driver's side; usually by itself not a problem; it won't get bigger; but I did see, on the lot, a White with peeling paint under both headlight assemblies, so, an adherence issue, not just rubbing); undue chipping/nicks in front; nicks/chipping on the hood; watch for missing paint on the rear edge of the hood and forward edge of the hatch lid and along the door edges; make sure the clear coat doesn't have small pits or discoloration (imperfections under the clear coat). If it looks like more than just natural damage (i.e. an excessive amount of these trouble areas) walk away.

Hey man do you know if all stinger models come with interior ambient lighting?
If the ambient lighting is part of the puddle lights it is a add on. When you do a build there is no option to add ambient lighting so it may just come with it.

I just looked up some GT stingers, 2020, window sticker, they do not list the led interior lighting as standard. Multi-Color Interior LED Mood Lighting I don't see it until the gt2 level.

My 2019 GTS has the interior ambient lighting. Though the color choices are limited to 6 or 8 or so. I think the GT1 and GT2's may have a lot more. I leave mine on the purple color.
