I just joined and got my first Kia stinger GT2 I’m loving the car. I’ve had it 3 days can’t stop driving it. Today I ordered my JB4 kit with intercooler upgrade and blow off.

X, Congrats on your GT2. You can get into a low of trouble driving a Stinger. I feel the same about my Stinger. Look forward to driving it everyday. That is how a car SHOULD be if you are supremely fortunate.

I do not know the answer to this question, but I will ask: Is there a break-in period prior to adding a JB4?

From what I was reading the standard break in then you can add it but that’s all second hand information. Mine had 2,000 miles on it so I believe she is ready.

Xopetrol, 2k miles does seem like it is prime time for the JB4!

What would you recommend? You won’t be twisting my arm to get me to put more miles on it.

I have no idea, Xopetrol. I was just interested if there was break-in period. It seems 2K is more than enough time. I was thinking 600-1K miles, just like with the Launch.

I understand I reread the post and now I get what your saying. I had a choice of black AWD or the red RWD. The black one was $4G more and I’m old school and love RWD.

The slip differential in the RWD is very cool. I have only owned one AWD and I liked that, too.
