What made you want to change to this FMIC over what you had? You already have the fastest Stinger. What more could this kit do for your car?

Have to get into the 10s! We will see if this helps. Don't expect it to do much over the UP fmic but it does look damn good.

Just ordered one too on black!! Not expecting a whole lot in gains for now. But planning to be get Lap3 primary cats that should increase hot gases flow at the top end. Yes, I know forget the low end pickup with the wider cats.

Only about 3x the time as my UP install but I'm up for it. JT intake removal will be a pain. Those where way harder than they should have been.

Interesting that half or more of the Mishimoto FMIC buyers have JT intakes or plan to get them. These people like high end!

i have the mishi intercooler installed and waiting for my JT intakes to arrive(keep getting delayed and constant lies with dates to when ill receive them). When they arrive and install can let all you guys know how the fitment is regarding with the piping and clearance.

I originally bought the JT FMIC with all the pieces like Mishimoto. The JT install had you drill and grind the crash bar. Install was a bit much for me on my new Stinger so I switched to UP. At this point I've done all the mods and Mishimoto looks to be the best size and design and has all the pieces. Not expecting much in gains but can't hurt and looks good too. This gets me back to a JT equivalent or better but with no part of the IC behind the crash bar.

Fitment isnt good?

JT intake is massive using every last inch of space so it needs to sit just right. Passenger side was hard I remember. But fitment is good it's just big.

Ordered in Black. Would've went with AP to keep it simple, but I'm pretty much going to keep the car so may as well go the whole way thru. Pretty much threw away the warranty when I started modding the car. Oh well....

True story, i love my wife, she told me without missing a beat. If your gonna spend a bunch of money then i want to too. And she shows me this couch and tv shes been looking at for the upstairs. So my 1300 for the cooler is now about 2k for a cooler couch TV combo
