Just bought 2018 Stinger 2 weeks ago. Been to the track and have been running 13.1’s in over 3000 DA. Want to purchase JB4 but I can only get 91 octane in my area(Iowa). Really want to use Map2. This is my daily driver so I don’t want to get to aggressive with it. Also I have read about spark plugs not lasting long and have to replace them frequently. I’m looking to get into 12.3-12.4 in 1/4 mile. I don’t know if that would be possible with using Map 2. Would like some feedback please.

Congrats!

Map2 should be OK for 91 octane at 3000' DA.. Grab a log and we can evaluate.

AWD or RWD?

With AWD low 12s should be no problem even on 91 octane. Worst case may need to do the brake boost switch. And don't forget about E85 mixtures, up to 30% can be used to boost octane and performance dramatically when you need it.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Being in IOWA you should have plentiful access to E85 which would be able to address any octane issues you may have.

Howdy. I guess that is known as "leaping right in". :D I'm not into mods or racing, so this is just a welcome.

What would you suggest for spark plugs? Didn’t know if it would make a difference in the winter time.
Don't currently have the JB4 and am not up on the latest recommended plugs. I would just go with whatever Terry recommends/sells on his site. 1 step colder and make sure they are gapped properly. You may be able to get by with just regapping stock plugs, but I think for me if I go through the trouble of removing and regapping I may as well replace with the step colder plugs
