How do you remove the back seat ?

I want to continue my sound insulation from the trunk into the rear seat area , any tips on how to remove the rear seat ??

Just finished the sound proofing , the rear seat was a breeze to pull out and replace , only issue is you need to unclip the wire harness on the passenger side and of course reconnect it when re installing ! Thanks again
